I have been thinking about this case for a while; trying to view the perspective from both sides. Either way, this case will be ended with not the best result for Tank. She should be able to have 2 families to shower her with love; instead, both parties are fighting to take her away from the other half of her world. A dog never forget her previous owner, but she also has built a new trust and a new pack with her current family. Ripping her apart from her current pack irregardless who is the legal owner.... is not really the best thing to do. Keeping her previous owner away and not able to see her ever again; is also not the right thing to do. I hope the judge at the hearing will have some common senses; to actually order some legal rights for the loser party to come visit and spend time with Tank. I am for once decided to stay away from this case. I wish the best for Tank, but the two loving families are fighting to keep a dog away from the others IS JUST NOT RIGHT. GOOD LUCK and I will just pray for you all....hoping some wisdom will slip into your way as well as to the girl who is currently has Tank in her possession. To all my friends, I would suggest to stay neutral on this one. Let the judge make the decision without any pressure, because THE DOG IS NOT IN ANY HARM either way.
