R.I.P. Joe Cocker. Ray Whitworth and I just taped our end-of-year episode of The Hi-Fi Club last night and didnt know. Each year, I always wonder who else were going to lose after presstime that wont get a proper mention on the show. Oh, well. I saw Cocker perform back in 2001 near San Antonio. He opened for a reunion of The Guess Who. While his gyrations were more sedate, he put on a great show.
