RCMP commissioner Bob Paulson says the National War Memorial and Parliament Hill shooter was not on the watch list of potential high-risk travellers. The mounties have released security footage showing Michael Zehaf-Bibeau hi-jacking an MPs car, moments after shooting a soldier at the war memorial. He was able to drive the car right up to Parliament Hill and barge through the centre block front doors, armed with a long rifle. He shot one of the guards and fled down the hall of honour ... where he was eventually taken down. Heres what we know about Zehaf-Bibeau. He had some connections to other Canadian jihadists.
