RE: House Foreclosure by Banks: GOOD PEOPLE ..DO YOU KNOW, Foreclosure Lockouts ..the changing of the door-locks on your home by the Bailiffs/Locksmith & witnessed by Peace Officers occurs, when home-owners are, under-educated AND they dont know THEIR Rights ? -- The System we presently live under is set up so that, YOU have NO Rights UNTIL you declare them, moment to moment. -- The Banksters rely on their multi-letter/CONfusion system of attacking, to wear you down, because they know, most folk are easily intimidated, and DONT comprehend the workings of the Banksters ponzi scheme. -- The big secret is, foreclosure is actually VOLUNTARY and a CIVIL matter, NOT a criminal matter. They CANNOT lawfully use force, AND must present (wet blue ink) SIGNED documents BY a Judge under his/her oath. -- The reality is, the courts available to the general public (..and the ones, Bailiffs get their work orders from) are administrative courts masquerading as Judicial courts (..even though the building may be called Judicial Court). Because there are ONLY Administrative judges in these regular courts, these judges CANNOT sign court documents or warrants AS Judicial Judges ..because then, THEY would be committing FRAUD, and would go to jail. -
