RE: ICAPS Shuts Down Fellows, this is follow-up on my thread yesterday with the above title and subsequent reaction by one uche Onwuchekwa claiming that my publication was wrong. Onwuchekwa uche even challenged me to come visit the college together with him. Well, I made out time and visited Imo college of advanced professional studies (ICAPS) today. What I saw with my two naked eyes made me resent Rochas Okorocha the more. I also interviewed some staff of the college. This is my eye-witness report: 1. The mechanical workshop and auto training centre is firmly closed and under lock and key. 2. The college is now regularly rented out to religious bodies for crusades. In fact, on the 17th of April, Winners Chapel will be doing a crusade there. The banner is conspicuously hung on the gate of the college. 3. Two giant buildings have been converted to hostels for so-called Imo Civil Guards 4. Most of the training classrooms are empty of both students, desks, and instructional materials 5. One other warehouse has been leased out to Benelux Institute of International Managers (BIIM) 6.I spoke with the operator of the mechanical centre and he confirmed that ICAPS was winding down. He told me that fees paid by the few people that registered for training were never remitted to the training centres, hence the prospective trainees never received the training they paid for. He also revealed to me that the governor had directed that the salaries of the few staff of the college be reduced while a lot of the former employees were disengaged. He described the fate of the college as a great disappointment and failure on the part of Rochas Okorocha. My additional findings today made me doubt the morality of uche Onwuchekwa. Why would you come on social media and deny the undeniable and tell unforgivable lies to the public in foolish defense of an inherently dishonest and deceitful governor?
