REALTALK FROM THE BIRTHDAY GIRL: I tried not to cry this morning but it hit me....Im so thankful to God my father just to be here, everything the devil designed to stop me didnt work, he meant it for bad but Im so glad its working for my good, in 29 years Ive experienced things so many never will, Ive loved and laughed with people from all walks of life, I graduated high school, and attended college, Ive had 2 great careers, lived in a different state alone, had a baby, adopted 2 children, gotten married to a great man, I own my own house, I mentor plus size girls, and give back to my community in any way possible, Ive been to 3 countries, Im fighting cervical cancer now, and like most life obstacles on September 17th, Ill beat that too..I dont say it to brag for Im not competing with anyone, I hope we all make it....Im not ashamed for in the words of my cousin Pastor Valerie My walk of life is just that, MINE I say it to say LOOK AT GOD, HES BEEN SO GOOD TO ME.
