It says most of the money, about �10 million, went to Nigerians, including an immigration official, a senator and four former telecommunications ministers: Bello Mohammed, Tajudeen Olanrewaju, Cornelius Adebayo and Alhaji Elewi.It doesnt require rocket science to understand the events that creates relative abundant life, peace and consequently,reasonable life span, in some climes with the deprivations, insecurity and consequently, short life span in Nigeria. It is easy to see why, within a short span, starting with 1967,leaving out the Murtala/OBJ short era our country degenerated into the worst human habitat, on the surface of the earth, competing only with Somalia. Our citizenship had become a burden, while our passports seem to have become a document of shame, commanding only scorn and humiliation and no more respect and dignity. IMPUNITY is it-no more, no less. There is no single society on earth, that is inhabited by angels. Man, in his raw form is intolerably-raw and beast-like. Conditioning, through continuous education coupled with effective law and law enforcement mechanisms make the difference between man in his raw form and the refined form. Here are the issues at play in distinguishing between civilization on one hand and barbarity on the other.
