RECENT GRADUATES - ADMIN ASSISTANT INTERNSHIP GLYPT are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual for our next three-month internship, which offers the opportunity to gain experience of working with one of the country’s leading young people’s theatre companies. On this occasion we are offering one 3 day internship from Feb to the end of April 2015: Participation & Admin Assistant GLYPT runs a varied and busy programme of work for children and young people in the Greenwich & Lewisham area. This role provides an opportunity for someone to get involved in all aspects of the company - from our 12 weekly youth arts courses (aged 2-19), Progression/master-class programme (aged 16-25), supportive arts programme and schools’ theatre work. Duties will include administration, publicity and marketing, evaluation and monitoring, fundraising, workshop assisting, pastoral support. WE CAN OFFER § A structured development programme to meet your aims and objectives, § Professional mentoring, careers advice, and opportunities for training § Up to £150 per month expenses (pro rata) to support the role (approx. £7.50 per day) Recent graduates or post-graduates with experience or particular interest in the arts and/or psychology/therapy would gain the most from these opportunities. Interns (18+) from other routes will also be considered. Candidates must have strong organisational, administrative, computer and verbal and written communication skills, good attention to detail and must be interested in working with young people.
