RECEPTION, ADMINISTRATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE - CHIPPING NORTON northwestpackaging McPherson Packaging is an independently owned and run Australian business in Chipping Norton, specialising in Second hand cartons, removalist products, and general packaging supplies. McPherson Packaging seeks to employ an enthusiastic, motivated and energetic individual to be the first point of call for Reception, Customer Service and Administration. We welcome applications from people who have commitments with school pick ups / drop offs or similar situations. This role is part time, 4 hours a day, 3 days per week. The successful candidate must possess the following qualities: Experienced and confident with use in Excel, Word, Outlook Can Do attitude Great time Management Skills The ability to Multitask Tasks on a daily basis will include, but are not limited to: Answering incoming enquiries Dealing with walk in customers / sales Invoicing, delivery dockets, statements Mailing / banking Maintaining showroom and office presentation Experience required.
