RECIPE: CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP 47 ounces low sodium Swanson Chicken Broth 1/3 cup of chopped green peppers 3/4 cup of chopped celery 1/2 to 3/4 cup uncooked instant rice 3/4 tsp. Poultry seasoning 3 chicken bouillons 2 - 5 oz. cans of cooked chicken Simmerr vegetables and rice until tender (about 20 minutes). Add chicken (finely chopped). Mix 1 cup water and 3/4 cup flour. Add to soup (let come to simmer). Remove from heat and add 1 pint Half and Half Cream DELICIOUS! Make and Enjoy. Recipe was given to me by Mr. Al, our neighbor, along with two big servings of soup.
