REDUCING WATER RETENTION BY ELIMINATING EXCESS SODIUM During vacations, we are often left with no choice but to eat out. In a foreign place, we may be unfamiliar with the foods and at restaurants, foods are usually cooked with a lot of salt and other flavorings/additives to make them tasty. When I return home from a vacation and especially after a long flight, I usually come home with swollen legs due to the sodium and food additives and dehydration. When this happens, I dive straight into a juice feast. This is my favorite juice combo to rid my body of excess sodium, reduce water retention and rehydrate my cells with precious vitamins and minerals to get back into shape. I drink this 2-3 times a day and see the water retention subside by the next day.
