REGULAR STANDARD SQUAT... Im just going to go through the series of squats/lunges we will be doing with you! THE CHALLENGE GROUP HAS NOT STARTED YET...THESE ARE JUST DEMOS!! TIPS TO REMEMBER.. Keep your knees above your ankles Kick your hips and butt back Make sure most of your weight is in your heels Have a chair handy for support if youd like Different arm movements will add intensity We will be doing weighted squats in week 2 and 3 (which I will show you as well) *Start where you can start!! We are all at different fitness levels...increasing your muscle strength will allow you to go lower in your squats! Add more weight etc etc??? You will be amazed by your strength at the end of this 21 days!!
