REMINDER: Newly promoted officer positions will all be posted tomorrow night. All positions will include a 30day officer substitution based of the existing officers choice. We have provided this reward system for 3 months now and with it will include nominal Guild Support responsibilities which will be detailed next week. You may be asking yourself Why are these being added and is this a burden?. So why?... Because as an officer, its important that we continue to develop our team beyond standard log in and day to day contribution. Each officer represents an ideal that stems beyond our standard members. Will this be a burden? In my opinion, absolutely not. It will not require any task at which isnt reasonable. On the contrary, it will reinforce our goals and will provide a further sense of pride as officers will be directly influencing the goals we as a team put in place. Final thought: We as a team have a present outlook and future strategy we always look to establish. Officers will reiterate, coach, and enforce these goals which creates a standard... In turn, our results will stem directly from our regular members who care enough to make that difference and we will recognize these milestones. .... For those who decide they do not care (whether verbally or through their actions)...You will, in a way, benefit the team as we can then confirm All open positions for those who do/will care.
