RENTAL WANTED: 1 BR or Studio. Within 40 minute drive of Hayward, or super close to any BART station, so I can have easy commute to work. Need refrigerator and full oven stove (neither needs to be huge, but also not micro size!) I need access to laundry on the property. My ideal place would have a private garage or decent size storage room and in-unit laundry (even just hook-ups). Easy parking, if not off-street. I have been at my job 8.5 years, and make a good salary. I have excellent credit and good rental references. In order to ensure I have an emergency fund, I need to keep the rent to around $1100. (small flexibility, but that is what I can do comfortably.) If you know of a homeowner with a cottage, or anyone with rental poperty, and can offer me a referal, please forward my info.
