REORGANIZE THE SECURITY APPARATUS------ with two police units under one command and in competition with each the efficiency of our police force diminishes. This experiment has not worked well so lets change the constitution and separate them and reorganize the Administration police into a homeland defense unit and call it the national guard.This unit should be autonomous and self sufficient in whatever equipment it may need to combat tribal armies and militias.The KDF is getting involved in internal conflicts which is the docket of the police force because there is a vacuum that is brought about by an ill equipped police force with no capacity to handle these conflicts. Money should now be directed towards the establishment of a well equipped national guard because the internal conflicts need to be addressed before they spiral out of control.
