RETURNING TERROR SUSPECTS FACE LONG JAIL TERMS Terror suspects are on notice that they will be prosecuted if they return to Australia and will face long jail terms if convicted. Since belonging to a terrorist organisation is a criminal offence the public admissions made by our home grown terror suspect are of interest the Australian Federal Police. Thats of course if survives and wants to return to Australia.
