REWIND BUTTON ............... I wonder what would really happen - TopicsExpress

REWIND BUTTON ............... I wonder what would really happen if we had the “rewind button” in our lives. Wouldn’t everyone just commit more sins and crimes and then rewind, and, record clean? Not exactly an ideal way of life. We learn from our mistakes, they become a part of us, removing them from our lives in order to achieve a life of perfection would make everything so imperfect! Shake the balance, no? We would not even care about our actions, the sensitivity, the concern for something or someone would just fade away. It would all become a part of the game; life would become a huge game. There is always a good reason in everything that happens if you find it. We human beings are so crazy that if we had the rewind button we would just keep pressing it, going back over and over until at one point we wouldn’t have lived anything worthwhile or worthless and there wouldn’t be much left to rewind. The best thing about not having this crazy invention in our life is that we actually get to think, perceive and actually care about what we are going to do, our actions because this way we’ll know that we just have one chance, one shot. If we blow it, life goes on, and we will stay stuck with our mistakes forever. Most of the people would want this rewind button because they can’t handle the pain that have been embossed upon their lives. Someone or something hurt them, and they want to get rid of the memories forever. But if they rewind their lives to forget the pain, they will even forget how not to get hurt in the future again, and most probably they will get up making the same mistakes again. I don’t know about everyone else, but I wouldn’t want to get hurt over and over again just because I keep forgetting the lessons I have learn in my life. I would rather live the most of what I have right now, make the best of it, making my past my teacher and my future a beautiful life. Everything good or bad that has happened to me has taught me enough to step forward, go live the next moment and make it worth it.
