RIP to the TSA Agent who died in the line of duty. Im no fan of the TSA. My issue with them started with the theft of a 30 year old bottle of scotch that they would not allow me to take on the plane because of fear of liquid explosives. (What a joke.) The scotch never made it to my destination and I was threatened with the possibility of being placed on the no fly list should I wish to push the issue. There has been other issues of petty theft that often have baggage handlers and the TSA pointing the finger at each other. Good lick filing a claim for stolen merchandise. The idiot that came up with the ban on liquids does not understand binary explosives, and they failed to come up with a prevention plan that makes sense. That in a nut shell is my beef with the TSA. They are a necessary agency that requires strict oversight and they are in need of some serious reform. The individual who targeted the TSA is a sociopath that has no respect for authority, the law or society. While this individual has emotional issues, he is a low life criminal that murdered an individual because he wore a badge. This person belongs behind bars for life without parole, and if the FBI and LAPD and prosecutors do their job correctly a jury will have no other choice but a guilty verdict. My condolences to the family of the fallen agent (my apology as I do not have the name of this Agent before me) and his fellow agents who are mourning his loss.
