RIVERSDAL without power since yesterday 4pm!! How to understand that the rest of Meyerton has power and the idiots that vote for ANC or DA or Freedom Plus living in Riversdal have less rights to electricity?? Are we different to Ext 6 or GolfPark? or Rothdene?. The Municipality did not inform us in advance plus this black out is not even in the ESKOM schedule. Cable theft? So, what measures Municipality put in place to protect those vulnerable points where thieves can remove the cable? We pay our electrical bills now, we need to buy diesel for our power generators at the end the bloody government is the one benefits with all of this. - if Private Owners create Solar Farms around here like in Spain, then Midvaal will be Saved! then we dont need the services of ESKOM and no worries about Load Shedding!
