RIVERSWAY LEISURE Job Title: Customer Services Assistant - Temporary MAIL ORDER COMPANY AND RETAIL STORE (Camping, Caravanning & Motorhome Accessories) Job Description: Riversway Leisure is looking to employ a Customer Service Advisor for the summer to join their dedicated Customer Service Team with immediate effect. Duties will involve handling inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, liaising with suppliers and couriers, and general administration and office duties. This is a temporary full time post covering 5 out 7 days per week: Monday to Friday 9-6pm, Saturday 9-5pm, Sunday 11-5pm. Person Specification: The successful candidate will have a strong and dedicated work ethic, previous experience of Call Centre or Customer Service work and be a confident team player, however also possessing the ability to work as an individual and manage their work efficiently in busy spells. Confident organisational skills will be a distinct advantage as the role requires handling multiple queries at any time. As the main point of customer contact for the company, excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner are vital, as is the ability to provide an all-round high standard of care to the role.
