ROK and Belgium Sign an Agreement on the Working Holiday Program Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Belgium Kim Chang-beom and Secretary-General of the Belgian Foreign Ministry Dirk Achten signed the “ROK-Belgium Agreement Concerning a Working Holiday Program” at the Belgian Foreign Ministry building on April 14. Belgium is the 20th country the ROK has concluded such agreement with.
