The room (furnished) is located below the roof and has approx. 16m2. Its divided into a study room and a bed room. Furthermore, youll have a cosy living room with kitchen, a garden and a bathroom to share with only one other lovely girl. The rent is 457€ at the moment, but will possibly be 90€ lower after the bekijk het process has gone through. However, I dont know at this moment when that will be.
