***RRR exclusive: Austin Baker of Spring Trails Dental (future website springtrailsdental) signed a lease to open a dental practice that is estimated to be open March-April 2015 in the entry of Spring Trails Subdivision in the Spring Trails Plaza, picture attached below in exact location. There are going to be 2 building going up and attached is an artist rendering (a close idea of what it will look like) given to him at signing his lease, which includes an individual restaurant, doctors offices, dermatologist and other health related offices.
