Racism grows like a living creature as it first enters the individual and then the family members, Mom and Dad, grandparents then the circle of friends, the community at work and then it gets INSTITUTIONALIZED with the various government entities like police, checkout people, the churches, sports, and then the legislatures and by this time it is becoming normal until it is NORMAL! ACTUALLY, IT BEOMES SO NORMAL THAT THE TARGET OR THE BULLIED BECOME BLIND TO IT AS THEY BEGIN TO FEEL LIKE IT IS SOMEHOW THEIR OWN FAULT! So, missing and murdered woman is merely a symptom!
