Rage or any other emotions that may arise from a condition of deprivation, ill treatment, insecurity or persecution helps the creative process along. When the mind is weighed down by an aberration of any sort, it can be the very impetus for one to connect with the muse in that special intercourse that produces a work that is appealing in its aesthetics as well as in its relevance to society. Rage as an unavoidable response to negative stimuli has its good points; whereas for some it may lead to taking up of arms, for others, it sets pen to paper to bare the truths as they are, it can force people to ask questions, dare to challenge existing conditions.
