Raiders Best - Saturday 11/10 Great day at Caulfield with 4 G1s on the card. I think there is quite a bit of value floating around so I will attempt to take advantage of this. R6 - Tossed up between the top two, but Ive ultimately come up with DEAR DEMI on top. Going incredibly well this prep and I have no issues with the rise in distance. Good value at the $10-$11 mark as well. SACRED FALLS is an obvious danger. Win in George Main was impressive to say the least. HAPPY TRAILS will measure up. On pacers always have their chance at Caulfield, and I dont think he will be caught. I will be definitely having a saver on COMMANDING JEWEL. Wasnt too bad last start behind my selection in the previous race, and can make amends. ARABIAN GOLDs form around Catkins puts her in the picture here. Over raced last start, but will most definitely improve. Cant go past the big odds on offer. GO INDY GO is 1/1 over 1600m, and that was a G1 win. Its big chance as well. PICKIN TIME has had some horrid runs over his last couple of starts, but always ends her races well regardless. With some luck she can feature in the finish. Like the form around Thinking of You. Cant fault him at the moment. Unreal win last start at this track, kicking away after leading into a strong wind. Only horse to really do that all day. LOOKS LIKE THE CAT could cap off a big day for the Tony Gollan stable. Great last 200m in the Prelude, and is crying out for the 1600m. Unlucky not to win G1 in QLD last prep over this distance. Im definitely forgiving CHIVALRYs effort from the Valley. Never had a chance at top of straight, and I think he is too good to leave out.
