Rains Trigger Flash Floods In Kashmir, Situation out of Control Civil Administraion Failed ,Army and Police rescues Hundreds: Locals 04 September :Continuous rainfall of about 40 hours is still nonstop in Jammu and Kashmir and Hundreds of Families became homeless and thousands are hungry in the open sky.The Goverenment has totally failed to manage the proper managements for the sufferer people across the valley .Meanwhile the situation is out of control in many areas of Kashmir. Ex MLC and senior Congress Leader Muhammad Amin Bhat told that the Situation is tense in Devsar constituency’s Nowpora, Banjarpora, Rohpora, kaimoh, kilam Gund. a large number of houses and other buildings have been damaged in the flash floodsand people are still trapped in these areas.He told that Vaishav river, Kulgam is flowing above the danger level, causing panic in the area. The water has washed off hundreds of trees and has destroyed paddy cultivation at many places. He has demanded for immediate rescue operations in these areas. Reports reached that manyhouses and cow sheds washed away in Tangmarg,Boat colony Khanabal areas.Dozens of People trapped in Gurpora Khanabal in Anantnag and administration is in slumber.Emergency like situation in the districts as there is still heavy raining going on .Schools and colleges in Kashmir Valley remainclosed.In Srinagar Natipora , Nowgam, Chanapora, Mehjoor Nagar areas are under water.Eye witness told INB News that Army and Police officers are personally monitoring the situation that has arisen out of heavy rains and flood water.Reports reached that In an extraordinary display of bravery 1 sector Rashtriya rifles, high ground Army rescued 34 non local persons including one dozen children at Chee in Anantnag in midnight.Locals and Civil administration sought assistance of Army and police as their efforts could not rescue the trapped people.Eyewitness told that in Devsar constituency 9 Rashtryia Rifles played a great job and rescued dozens of people in Nowpora, Ashmuji, Akhran 5 Rashtiya Rifles rescued many people in Ganderbal area. The added that police rescued hundreds of people and saved the precious human lives but civil administration is totally failed to rescue the people in the critical situations
