Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, in association with the International Committee of Red Cross (Regional Delegation for South Asia at New Delhi) invites you to participate in Ensayo 2013: 5th South Asian Essay Writing Competition on International Humanitarian Law. The theme for this year’s edition of the competition is ‘Moving Beyond the Rhetoric: New Global & Domestic Challenges of Enforcement in IHL’ and the last date for submission of entry is 31st October 2013. This year’s edition of the competition is open to students from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Iran, Pakistan and Sri Lanka who are enrolled in courses relating to Law, Political Science, Sociology, Psychology, Defence Studies, International Relations, Medical Sciences, Mass Media and Journalism. There are prizes worth INR 50,000 to be won and further, each participant shall receive a Participant Certificate.
