#Rally to Support Retiring Washington NFL Team Name ALOT OF ACTION IN MINNEAPOLIS TOMORROW! WHAT:A coalition of tribal nations, Native American organizations, and the University of Minnesota is hosting a rally to support retiring the Washington NFL team name and mascot. The rally will take place before the Minnesota-Washington NFL game on November 2. WHO:Speakers include: Congresswoman Betty McCollum, Oneida Nation Representative Ray Halbritter, Navajo activist Amanda Blackhorse, and representatives from several Native American tribes and organizations across the country.
