Rant - Its unfortunate that people let others make decisions for them just based on perception or what is popular. I was just told a Realtor from another company is choosing not to come to the training event were hosting called BOLD (Business Objective: Life By Design) because the general consensus in the office is that it would be frowned upon. REALLY?! Last I checked the popular vote of others doesnt pay the bills and provide food for your children. Last I checked were supposed to be Independent Contractors who think for themselves and run a real estate BUSINESS. This isnt about Keller Williams or some slimey recruiting ploy. Its about offering an opportunity to change someones life and yes - I am passionate about that. It just breaks my soul when I see things like this happen where just b/c its an unpopular decision or may be perceived a certain way - that they let others make decisions for them that prevent a person from being the BEST they can be and providing a better life for their family. #RantOver
