Raped Girl “Tanzeela 13”, lost her innocence and freedom of life by inhumanly serious attack of a guard Muhammad Sajad. Yousaf 11 yrs – (brother Church: brother church Pastor: Shukat Masih Nyamath said, I belong to labour class family from my childhood, and spend 25 year at different brick kilns, seven year before, we whole family worked at Haji Nazir brick factory No.1 Phla Kusar and here my wife died by failed kidneys, and then I thought to get rid from brick slavery and sold my personal property in “one lakh and 50,000 rupee” and paid brick debt. After paying, I shifted at a rent home that was near to my brother’s. At a new place my daughters have to support me for proper necessities of life through working as servants/house keepers in a society and I send them “Anita, mafia and Tanzeela” in the Nazar Hussain home no.5 Revenue Society. They worked day and night and earn only 17,000 rupee monthly. And I started worked at university as sweeper. 13th March 2014, near about 6:00pm I was eating my meal and suddenly I heard the Horn of a car and saw my daughter Tanzeela with her owner’s driver “Muhammad Ramzan” and guard ‘ Muhammad Sajad”. Both said to me, now she is not feeling well due to some illness and madam (owner’s wife) ordered us for dropping her at home with a note of 1000 rupee. She was senseless, when they dropped her at home. And when she came back in her sense she told me everything, about her weakness and out of sort condition. She told me that the guard “Muhammad Sajad” raped me at a unknown place in my senseless condition. He smelled me something. When I listened my daughter’s incident, I cried at her condition and ashamed at my fatherhood that I couldn’t safe my daughter, I felt here my wife’s absence in my life, if she alive among us then we don’t have to see this day. Due to weakness, she needs treatment and quickly I send her in Jinnah Hospital Lahore, doctor reported her critical condition with raped test reports and I collected all and presented them in the police station for register the case against Muhmmad Sajad. Police took quick action against Muh. Sajad and arrested him. Now all of my daughters are at home and I accept every thirst and hunger in all circumstance but never send my daughters. I need legal and finical help for protecting my daughters. Statement of Pastor Rafique Bhatti I received this news from a police station by the discussion of inspector and personally I met Nymath’s family and see all their home condition. I saw fear in the eye of his daughters and helpless condition of a worried father. They need legal help and a source of income for daily needs. I request Bro. Parvaz Masih UCF president, and the board members that please help Tanzeela’s family with join hand prayers and support. In April 2014, SSF provided a sewing machine for encouraging her with stitching skill and still helping her with legal support. Kindly please help Tanzeela’s sisters with a sewing center so that her sisters can work at home safely, may run their source of income for daily needs and through sewing skills can be encourage to other girls of their society with helping the parents financially. Tanzeela has been improved her stitching skill and can help her sisters as well. Tanzeela’s medical report and a FIR copy which is against Mehmmad Sajad (FIR NO. 358/14, OFFENCE no. 376TP) all are attach herewith. Legal report with the help of SSF Rapist have tried so much time for bail but failed, now high court has returned his case in the session court and here he has no option for bail and still in the trails in the court of “Addition Session Judge Shaker Hussain”.
