Rare Elephant is the current version of an evolving collaboration of five gifted musicians with hearts wrapped around the songwriting of Bruce Elzinga and Tom Armstrong. Beginning seven years ago as the fledgeling solo project of Bruce Elzinga, the lead guitar stylings and inevitable songwriting of Tom were incorporated four years ago. Bruce Chapman has been at the keys from the start, and George Castellano has been at drums for two years. We happily welcome our newest member, Roy Spradlin, on bass. With many live shows under our belts and hours in the studio, Rare Elephant is currently promoting and playing our new release, CREATURE, a showcase of fourteen songs from the pens of Tom and Bruce E.
