Ray and I decided to give Logans Roadhouse one last try. For the 3rd visit in a row my steak was cooked wrong. I asked for the manager. They took it back to make me another one. 25 minutes later a girl came to the table and said that the manager elected her to come talk to me. She said the steak they remade for me was dropped on the floor and they were making yet another one. 15 mins later I finally get a steak. Still not cooked well and tasted funny. I barely ate any. After we finished the fire alarms started going off. The front entrance was blocked because the sprinklers were going off and flooding the restaurant. For 10 minutes we waited as the building filled with natural gas. We asked if we could go out the emergency exits and the manager told staff no because it would set off the alarm again. Then he tried to unlock the emergency exits which didnt work. They were still grilling food on an open flame... Nevermind the natural gas smell (which was strong). Finally the same girl he elected to talk to me about my steak tried unlocking it and had to kick it open. While this was happening one of the waiters said the heater in the entry had recently burned up the wood around it but it was never fixed.. And yes they were still using it which I can only assume is what set off the sprinkler system in the entry. This place needs to be shut down. Everyone in there was in danger and the manager clearly didnt care. It needs thorough inspection before letting the public back in. @logansroadhouse
