Who told the Tallahassee police the alleged victim did not wish to prosecute? I have not seen this person identified in any news reports. Who is paying Jameis Winston’s lawyer? FSU? Alumni? Winston? His family? Is Winston’s lawyer working for nothing under an agreement that he will represent Winston when he turns pro? Is Winston a paid athlete via his lawyer? Is that a violation of NCAA rules?
