NLC issued a letter to Reach on 25th July which said they consider a number of the pre-start conditions to be discharged including Flood Risk Assessment, Site Drainage, Ground Water Monitoring, Borehole Design, Restoration details, Noise Barrier, Habitat Survey, and that the drilling schedule is acceptable provided drilling activities do not exceed a total operational period of 6 weeks. The letter also states that the proposals may proceed under the terms of the planning permission, provided a material start is made on site before 18th August 2014.
