Read an awesome article shared by Mark Reifkind about old school strongmen and instinctive training. Its not about percentages and predetermined sets, but more about feel. Inspired this session of a Press, Pull and Squat. Set the timer and just went through a series of different movements without counting reps or sets. Hit some new PRs and had a blast. Stopped when I felt I had enough. Im definitely incorporating more of this style in my training.
