Reader question: My daughter is almost three and loves oatmeal for breakfast. We specifically use old-fashioned 100% rolled oats with no additives. We then either add Greek yogurt, fruit or honey (sometimes all three!) My concern is that she asks for it every day. I know oats are good for you, but is it too much of a good thing? Could the lack of variety at breakfast be problematic? I can usually get her to eat something else a couple days but I feel like she should have more variety to start her day. Any feedback would be appreciated!
