Reading the Pepsi confession made me think. I HATE plain water if Im not actively working out. Usually I put a tidge of OJ in mine to help me drink enough (Im trying for a gallon a day) but since starting, I stopped with the juice. Instead I tried soaking some cukes in a pitcher, or I drink a LOT of cold, unsweetened green or flavored tea. Anyone else have any suggestions? Is lemon juice ok to flavor with?
