Real or Fake Producer Award? In the property industry, some Property Agencies are charging Agents Award fees for SPH advert whenever they are eligible to win an award (example : Top 50 producer) . If the salesperson did not choose to pay for the award fees or participation fee, the award is then allocate to others. Properties Agencies is not looking at really appreciating their Producers as the award fees is usually paid by the salesperson. If the award fee is not chargeable, it will really show that the companies really appreciate the salespersons producer. It will also show that the property agencies is willing to invest into you sincerely and brand you as the producer. The award should be sincere and that the awards are not plan and given due to agency requirement to meet the required quota the agency need to achieve for SPH advert requirement. ( usually range from $100k to $300k) if the quota cannot be meant, the respective agencies need to pay for the shortfall of the quota. This therefore explain the more producer award ceremony created, the more award fee is collected from salespersons and that the less risk in the agencies needing to pay for the shortfall of the quota required. Recognition of AWARD to salesperson should be free since it a recognition . Do support the campaign so that producers that ethically won the award will surface and be recognize. And to properties agencies and leaders that uses salesperson money to brand yourself, please change and sincerely appreciate your talent.
