Really does grind my gears when I see parents every other weekend whining that they cant go out because they have no babysitter...um hello genious you chose to have a baby, your job is to look after them! Its not a Monday to Friday thing! I couldnt agree more that parents need a break every now and then but seriously, every weekend? Like you just assume youve earnt that because youve looked after YOUR child for 5 days? I havent had one night away from my girl since she was born neaely 2 and a half years ago, the most time ive ever spent away from her is about 4 hours a handful of times. Trust me id love to have a night just me and my man, not even to go out either, to catch up on sleep if anything. So to all you whiners, wind your necks in and appreciate when you get a night to yourselves, dont expect it! Rant over!
