Reasons why lower courts wrongly convict innocents in almost all cases : 1)They are under immense pressure from media, feminists and higher courts to favour women at all costs. 2)Hardly any punishment for wrongly convicting a man, but if HC or SC finds fault with acquittal in such case, it may cost the judge his job 3) Lower court judges are mostly incompetent, lack experience and confidence. Mostly average or below average lawyers choose to become judges.Their knowledge in law is limited. 4)While judges in HC and SC have huge options to earn money in cases involving property disputes, serious crimes etc., lower court judges can take bribes only through police, lawyers etc., which they do .As in most cases, women are on wrong side of law, they hire crooked lawyers and bribe the judges in several ways. 5) Most importantly, its internal policy matter of judiciary.In cases like dowry death, rape etc., no relief should be provided by lower courts, so that the accused have to approach HC and SC by paying hefty charges to senior lawyers.Otherwise how will HC, SC judges and lawyers survive?They criticize lower courts to fool public but internally encourage/compel them to pass wrong judgments. Otherwise let me know if any lower court judge has been denied promotion due to absurd judgments against men in several cases?
