Rebecca Cook: Pastor Gallups, I wanted to share just one small story that came my way yesterday and the outpouring of generosity of the American people. A woman in Ferguson opened a small bakery last summer. She started off selling her baked goods at flea markets and saved up money to open her store. During the riots her windows were smashed in and damage done inside. She was feeling overwhelmed because she wanted to make sure her customers still got their cakes for Thanksgiving. I think her goal was to raise $5,000 originally. Another man had heard of her plight and started a go fund me page. He raised over $10,000 and transferred it over to Natalie once she got her page up. I saw this morning close to $80,000 has been raised! Over 2500 donors. God took a hard working woman who felt some despair over how she would rebuild and blessed her many times over anything she could have imagined. This has all happened in less than 2 days!
