Received an emergency plea today: Hi Amy. This is Joanna Hockenberry. Rascal is approx. 15 months old. Brindle Pit/mix & weighs about 55 lbs. Hes very people friendly & loves kids. Very love able & likes to snuggle in bed. He has some food aggression issues but only with other dogs. Not with people touching his food. He should not be around cats. Has a high prey drive. Hes been taken thru puppy class & level 1 obedience class. Hes a good dog but cant always pinpoint what causes him & my older dog to fight. Tess is a 8 1/2 yr old pit that I got from the HOPE program about 4 1/2 yrs ago. Shes never shown aggression towards any dogs before now. Dont want to get rid of either of them but I cant deal with the stress anymore. Rascal would make a great dog for somebody who doesnt have other pets. Thank u. If you need any other info let me know.
