Recent message we received from a customer! So glad we could help you out! Just the other night I had to have the pick up truck I was driving with a snow plow and salter on it towed, as it stopped moving. We couldnt figure out the problem, so j called AAA, to have them send a roll back, to pick the truck up, and take it 2 miles to our mechanics shop. 2 hours later I get a call from AAA, that they cant find a towing company to come tow the truck, because they all claimed it was too heavy. About 11:30pm I remembered you guys ( Rick and rich). At first I was hesitant to even call, because you guys are about 1.5-2 hours away. I decided to call as at that point I had been sitting with the truck for 3.5 hours. The dispatcher lady was more then helpful. She called AAA, got all my information, and made sure they were going to cover the tow, so there was no money out of pocket for this. The tow truck driver, was just as helpful. Im not sure of their names but they were amazingly helpful. In the future I will never hesitate to call rick and rich towing. Thank you for the amazing service!
