Recipe for Chocolate Coconut Balls from the Patient Appreciation day. Mix together: 1.5 cups unsweetened coconut (available at Winco in bulk) 3/4 cups organic pure maple syrup - (best source is Costco) 3/4 cups baking unsweetened cocoa/ or raw cacoa powder A little bit of coconut oil if you would like (Optional, but helpful) Mix together, stick in the freezer. Once they are cold you can roll them into balls. Super easy, delicious, and mostly healthy!
