Welcome to #TryThisTuesday: Slideboard Hamstring Curls Whether youre aiming for full body conditioning, training for a particular sport or looking to tighten your core, strengthen your lower back and hamstrings, hamstring curls on the UltraSlide Slideboard are an easy way to do it and only require focus and good form. To do these: 1. Position your body over the slideboard with the bumper underneath the back of your hamstrings. 2. Place the slide slippers on the #UltraSlide #Slideboard and place your heels on top of them. 3. Slide your feet up towards the bumper and lift your hips to form a bridge. 4. Keeping a tight core, slowly slide your feet back out to lengthen your body and pull them back in. 5. Repeat 10 times (or more if youre advanced!) paying close attention to your form and keeping your core muscles engaged as possible. Let us know how it goes.
