Reckon Hints & Tips: Using "Pay Liabilities and the Employer SGA Contribution Report" The Employer SGA Contribution Report shows what has been calculated by pay date (accrued) and the date the liability was paid by using Pay Liabilities. Steps: > In the Employees menu, drop down and go to Payroll Taxes and Liabilities > select Create Custom Liability Payments > select the Bank Account from where the payment will be made, the Cheque Date, the From and Through dates, Tick the relevant liabilities that you want to pay and click CREATE. > In the Reports menu, drop down to Employees and Payroll > select the Employer SGA Contribution Report. - It is recommended to use the Pay Payroll Liabilities function to pay any Superannuation amounts that have been calculated by the payroll system.
