Many people are calling the NSA leaker - Snowden - a traitor and accusing him of treason. Here is what the Constitution says about treason: "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court." Now ask yourself a more philosophical question: What if the government IS the enemy of the United States? What if the federal government IS the one giving aid and comfort to our enemies, such as the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt or CAIR right here in America? WHat if the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of government have entered into a conspiracy, or formed a cabal, to "fundamentally transform America...and the world" and someone blows the whistle on their efforts?"
