Jab kurkuri hojai to tail remove karke side per rakh dain. Ab aik pan mein alag se tail shaamil karke ismein piyaaz ko stir fry karlein yahaan tak ke golden brown hojain. Ab ismein lehsan ka paste aur tamaam saabut garam masale shaamil karke5 minute tak bhoonain. Ab ismein paani shaamil karke aur khola lein, ab ismein chicken powder shaamil karke saath hi chaawal shaamil karke pehle taiz phir medium aanchper pakaain aur aakhir mrin dum per rakh dain. Ab aakhir mein fry hui wi bhindi ke saath serve kardain. Red chicken: Chicken with bones half kg Salt to taste Taaza wali laal mirch 10 Lehsan adrak ka paste 2 tbsps Red food colour 1 tsp Lemon juice 2 tbsps Dahi 6 tbsps Koila 1 dum ke liye Method: Sab se pehle dahi mein lehsan adrak ka paste, namak, lemon juice aur ismein taaza laal mirchein shaamil karke blend karlein. Ismein chicken ko 2 ghante ke liye marinate karlein aurhalf cup tail mein paka lein. Jab chicken gal jaai to ismein koile ka dum laga dain.
