Regarding AGAGs latest post. Dear all friends, you may know by now that DJ Partners only aim is for you to achieve a successful result quickly. For those on the teleconference or who have talked with me, you will have made a judgement by now. We have viewed the AGAG notice from Mr Neil White. As there are many Timbercorp Victims with varying degrees of legal knowledge, I will explain what this action by the liquidator means. For those who have been contacted by KM and have been served documents, this is almost definitely called called a Statement of Claim. But I have not personally seen the document. It allows you 28 days to pay in full or, the next legal step is a Judgement. Then depending of which state you reside in,(varying names but same definition) a writ of execution. And then the liquidator can move in on your assets. You can individually defend it, the cost, approximately $20,000 to $30,000 each. It means, you are individually being sued by the Liquidator. IT MEANS AGAG HAS FAILED. Whilst I am not a lawyer, I have run a law firm for 3 years, specializing in property and mortgage litigation. Whilst no one is able to post on AGAG facebook account, Your account, we should thank Neil White and also Andrew Peterson for the sound advice to get a lawyer. Considering where you are currently placed, I cant say its bad advice. Thank you Damien Simonfi
